DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My neighbour had works done recently and in the process the installation team damaged my property. Despite photographic evidence of damage, both the installation team and the office staff have denied any responsibility, using quotes such as "the impact mark resembles no damage from anything that we possess as all of our equipment and materials that we move through into the property were of square and right angled edges, this mark is clearly a circular ". If this were a decent, responsible company, they would be insured for accidental damage and would put right any mistakes rather than issue frankly idiotic statements. Not to mention the rude, shouty, slammy installation team. AVOID AVOID AVOID or prepare for your property to be damaged with no redress
