By far the worst company I have dealt with.
They installed the windows, threatened me with contracts to pay in full the day it was completed, and at the time I was a bit thrown by this as I was happy with the service and quality, but had yet to check everything fully. Thinking it was fine and because Steve (owner) had said he would sort any issues within 30 days, I paid. I found one window was missing a key, and another doesn't close properly. I contacted Steve to get repairs booked in and this is when things got nasty. It was like his personality changed overnight. I've been asking for dates and times for the repair work which, in his words, would take 30 mins, and he either ignores me, becomes aggressive, and only once offered a day and time but gave me less than 8hrs notice and I work full time so I couldn't arrange for someone to be at the property at such short notice, which he knows! I've tried so many times to get this resolved and remained polite throughout. Do NOT book him!
